About the company Davidson Technology are currently working with a large Northern Queensland Council to deliver exceptional customer service to the community, whilst continuing to innovate and create value in all work undertaken by Council. About the Role The Change Manager is a project-based position, central to a key and transformational project within Council. As a leader and a part of the project team, the role will be responsible for the effective development and implementation of change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage of changes associated with the delivery of new Enterprise Resource Planning systems. Working with business leaders, stakeholders and subject matter experts, the Change Manager will ensure the project meets its objectives by preparing, supporting, and equipping people to adopt and use changes.
