We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing internal Talent team to support the growth and development of our business. Reporting to a Workforce Planning Lead, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for delivering end-to-end internal recruitment processes for a predominately permanent workforce across Australia.
Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you can also expect to be involved in the advancement of our People & Culture function and our people experience: from innovating processes, to assisting on a variety of internal projects.
What youll bring
Experience in a similar role, or an agency recruiter looking to move into internal recruitment.
Extensive sourcing experience using tools such as LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search etc.
Highly effective communication style teamed with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
