As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and enjoy high-quality North Indian cuisine in a welcoming and comfortable environment. Task & Responsibilities Collaborate with chefs to plan and create menus. Coordinate and organize special events and functions. Manage procurement and pricing of goods within budgetary guidelines. Maintain detailed records of stock levels and financial transactions. Ensure dining facilities adhere to health regulations and maintain cleanliness and suitable aesthetics. Evaluate customer satisfaction through interactions. Recruit, train, and supervise both front-of-house and kitchen staff. Handle reservations, welcome guests, and assist in order placement as necessary. Qualification & Experience Relevant Qualification & Proven experience as a Cafe/Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of North Indian cuisine is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Customer-oriented with a strong focus on service quality. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism. Proficiency in using restaurant management software and other relevant tools.
