Role Overview We are looking for a strong leader to join our client as a Dispatch Manager in Canning Vale. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring finish product reaches customers in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Create and manage dispatch schedules to ensure efficiency.
Direct, coordinate, and communicate plans to team members, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of goods readiness, order completeness, and effective dispatch, reporting any product damages or issues promptly.
Coordinate the flow of timely information to and from our customers.
Answer customer calls, service queries, provide updates and ETAs.
Preparation of delivery paperwork
Manage, recruit, onboard and train relevant team members
