The Organisation
Our client is seeking an Accounts Officer to join their supportive team on a full-time basis to handle the end to end Accounts Receivable and Payable duties. The role offers great flexibility and opportunity, with the office based in Melbourne's North West suburb of Caroline Springs.
The Responsibilities
The duties of the role consist of the following, however will not be limited to:
Processing and issuing of invoices
Reconciling accounts and statements
Daily banking
Allocating and Receipting of payments
Working with the businesses ledger
Collections
Supplier and customer queries
Preparing batch payments on a weekly basis
