This pioneering property development business touches on all areas of property, including residential, commercial, retail and industrial. They are looking for an experienced gardener to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on role that involves undertaking a full range of garden and site maintenance activities across our diverse portfolio of assets.
Your new role This role will be based at their Port Melbourne depot and will service sites within the West/City-Fringe portfolio. The successful candidate will have practical skills and knowledge acquired through previous gardening experience and must be able to work in a small team environment, be reliable, punctual and consistently deliver exceptional results to meet client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
Contributing to the overall presentation and maintenance of gardens/sites in the West/City-Fringe portfolio
Working collaboratively with colleagues in the gardening team and across facilities management
Prioritising the safety of yourself and others.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must have:
1-2 years of proven experience working as a Gardener
A manual drivers' licence
Ongoing full-time working rights in Australia
Great communication skills
A good eye for detail
Track record of building and maintaining professional relationships.
