About the role: The overall purpose of the Cultural Liaison Officer role is to support vulnerable clients that are culturally and/or linguistically diverse who may need extra assistance and services to support their cultural, religious, and language needs. The role will ensure individuals are offered assistance within our programs that is culturally and linguistically sensitive and appropriate. The Cultural Liaison Officer will facilitate effective communication between the staff and clients of Family and Wellbeing programs to strengthen their understanding of support systems and the assistance and support available to them.
