POSITION SUMMARY Overseas employees, coordinates activities, and upholds depot standards. Promotes a high level of productivity and monitors work for accuracy, safety, and efficiency. Facilitates the smooth flow of goods into and out of the depot. Job Duties/Essential Functions
Experience in Sort processes and procedures
Supervising the hand sort process and also clamping process, ensuring staff are completing work as per procedure and Auditing errors
Runs options RWR and CSC through AS400 to ensure random weight products are received correctly
Schedules and coordinates daily activities of employees. Coordinates employee breaks, lunches and side tasks
Walks depot floor to monitor employee
