This Opportunity
As a Geophysicist you will perform offshore geophysical data acquisition, QC and processing of geophysical data sets from various sensor types. Upon completion of field acquisition, process and interpret geophysical results.
Qualifications
Completion of a Bachelor of Science Degree, specifically Geology or Geophysics, or equivalent
Senior First Aid Certificate (desirable)
Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System CA-EBS (desirable)
Valid CSTP and/or BOSIET or equivalent offshore licence (desirable)
Essential Experience
5 - 7 years offshore field experience, including experience with mobilising vessels.
Proficient use of all standard offshore geophysical acquisition and processing data software. Coda, Sonarwiz, Caris, Oasis Montaj, Edgetech Discover
Experience with AutoCAD software.
Report writing experience.
