Shellharbour City Council has an exciting opportunity for you to join our Statutory Planning and Certification Business Unit as an Applications Coordinator. This position will lead and coordinate the operational aspects of the Applications team in the delivery of exceptional customer service of applications, including development applications, planning enquiries and lodgment support of relevant applications to customers of Council.
You will undertake research of Councils development control plans and local environmental plans, delivering timely customer service across Council functions, and identify and implement improvements in the Planning Application Processes and Services.
Experience in the NSW Planning Portal is essential and experience with the Technology One suite of software applications will be highly regarded.
