About the role
The Rostering Team is instrumental in the smooth operation of Northcott and providing quality customer service to Northcott customers, staff and teams. The Rostering Coordinator will be required to proactively communicate, listen, interpret and match the needs of all stakeholders to the appropriate task. As a Rostering Coordinator, you will have a shared passion for excellence in customer service along with your team.
Your daily tasks will include:
Manage all enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Manage and coordinate staff available to meet the needs of our customers.
Provide ongoing efficient service delivery.
Proactively problem solve in instances of cancellations, unplanned leave, and incident response.
