Due to increased business we require full time Youth Case Manager based in Wallsend
The Transition to Work employment service helps young people aged into work (including apprenticeships and training) or education.
Transition to Work participants receive intensive, pre-employment support to develop practical skills to get a job, connect with education or training, find local job opportunities and connect with relevant local community services.
About you, can you:
Build rapport quickly with anyone, particularly youth.
Show empathy, non-judgement and respect
Confidently support and guide clients.
Professionally engage with employers, stakeholders and team members
Achieve KPI's
