ROLE SUMMARY
The Paid Specialist is a mid-level manager role focusing on driving best in class digital strategy, mainly across search and social. You’d be responsible for managing the day to day of the Executives and Coordinators and whilst this is a manager role you should never be shy from getting down and dirty on the tools. The Specialist works within a specific client portfolio reporting into the Director managing delivery and strategy across Tier 1 clients and manages junior members to deliver on Tier 2 clients. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on pitches and bigger strategy pieces for your clients.
The successful and sustained undertaking of this role can lead to a leadership role within Solutions or Advisory or a further senior contribution in product or strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CLIENT
At Reprise we divide digital operations and client relationship management into separate teams to allow our digital experts to focus on first class campaign strategy and execution. You’ll work closely with the Advisory team in managing the client relationships in the best way possible through client meetings, proactively provide advice that can maximise the performance of their investment and seek out new opportunities that can allow our clients to innovate and be at the forefront of technological development within the industry.
BUSINESS
The Paid Specialist is the leader of digital excellence and is responsible for making sure our campaigns deliver the best outcome for our clients. As such your role will require making sure your team is always delivering the highest output using any new technological advancements. Your key responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
Accountable for managing the workflow and prioritising day to day deliverables of the team ensuring all deliverables are met and solves the brief.
Manage digital strategy across your clients ensuring we deliver on our clients’ KPIs.
Help team troubleshoot performance.
Analyse big data sets to identify opportunities for your clients to improve performance and media investments.
Stay abreast of industry updates, inform clients and teams of the same, and identify new opportunities for the client and help the Advisory Manager gaining buy in via consultative upselling to the client.
PEOPLE
As a Paid Specialist you’ll manage the day to day of your team and escalate issues to your Director in a timely and solutions oriented manner when these arise. You’ll provide support, training and guidance to the junior team members and your wider client advisory team, as well as contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in performance and creative output for your clients.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Ideally the candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3-5 years of experience within search and social, have a lean in attitude and the ability to positively influence stakeholders.
Salary range between $80,000 & $85,000 including superannuation.
