Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all daily front and back of house café operations
- Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
?- Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance
?- Rostering staff taking into consideration staff availability and planning for busy periods
?- Selecting, supervising and training staff
?- Maintaining a no complaint policy
?- Taking reservations, greeting guests and taking orders
?- Liaising with customers, suppliers, employees and sales representatives to make improvements and developments for the business
?- Maintaining the safety of all team members through safe work practice
?- Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximising customer satisfaction
To be eligible for this role:
- Qualifications in management or hospitality management.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Ability to positively lead a team and supervise staff.
- Have excellent communication skills.
