This position is responsible for organising and providing high quality confidential, administrative and executive support to senior executives.
Your duties will include:
Deliver high-quality, confidential business support and administrative assistance to the Office
Manage the Executives calendar, including organising meetings and preparing relevant documents.
Support the Executive Officer in maintaining the Executives schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, conferences, seminars, and travel arrangements (flights and accommodation).
Provide exceptional services to the Executives, including word processing, spreadsheet creation, presentation development, and data entry.
Assist callers, screen and manage telephone calls, and redirect inquiries to the appropriate departments.
