Primary Purpose of the Role:
This role involves managing and processing customer inquiries and applications, addressing account discrepancies and errors, and handling escalated feedback and complaints. Responsibilities also include processing visual data to ensure accurate transactions and prevent revenue loss.
Key Accountabilities:
Handle escalated customer disputes and resolve complex account issues by conducting investigations, applying business rules, and making adjustments as needed.
Maintain accurate customer accounts by identifying and correcting transactional anomalies, processing adjustments, and adhering to financial policies and standards.
Review and process applications according to business rules and policies to ensure timely and accurate handling.
Proactively monitor accounts to identify and address anomalies, reconcile balances, and manage credit-related issues to minimise customer debt.
