The role The Customer Service Officer plays an integral role in welcoming our guests to Birrong Leisure & Aquatic Centre (LAC). You will be responsible for handling cash transactions and reconciliation with speed and accuracy, managing daily takings, assisting our guests with their enquires and ensuring their experience is positive.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Action customer enquiries in person and over the phone enquiries, whilst effectively managing customer feedback in a professional manner.
Cash transactions and reconciliation with speed and accuracy, manage daily takings and report discrepancies to Team Leader.
