As a full time Equities Associate, you?ll be the first point of contact over the phone for many of our customers. Your responsibilities include:
Connecting with our customers, building strong rapport through meaningful conversations
Understanding and identifying customers? issues, using problem solving skills to deliver relevant and effective solutions that create a positive outcome
Educating clients on our products, services and processes in an efficient manner and have the ability to articulate complex issues in an effortless way.
