Our Managing Director requires an administration assistant to assist with the following:
- Answering calls/redirecting or assisting with enquiries
- Organising the MD and assisting with administration
- Appointment and workflow management
- Document creation, updates and distribution
- Maintaining compliance register
- Experience with grant writing advantageous
- A love of the natural environment and ecology
Key attributes for this position include:
- Strong organisational skills
- Professional business communication skills, both verbal and written
- Friendly, easy going nature
- Ability to identify and improve administrative workflow processes
- Empathy, compassion and active listening skills
This role can be performed from home, although a reliable car and ability to travel to our office in Bucketty once per week is required.
