This is a full time Customer Service & Operations position in our Gordon store.
In this role you will:
Actively manage customer returns, repairs and servicing, keeping our customers updated of the status of their repairs and ensuring this is completed within required timeframes while providing outstanding customer service
Raising and managing claims of returns to suppliers for credit or repair
Run weekly reports for repairs and service jobs as required by the Proprietor
