Full Time Permanent | Latrobe Valley | $58-$65k + Super
Your new company Multiple Customer Service Consultant positions are now available working for a large well-known organisation to commence immediately. You will be working full time hours between 8am and 8pm, Monday - Friday and Saturday 9am to 2pm. You will be working from the organisations Traralgon office and you will be responsible for providing a range of efficient customer services to support both internal and external stakeholders of the business.
You will be responsible for the following:
First point of contact via phone, email, etc.
Process inbound transactions via phone, email and any other means
Conduct outbound calls to customers and other stakeholders
Provide sound advice and information on customer matters
Other Ad-hoc duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to use initiative and problem solve
Ability to work under pressure and manage conflict
Strong ability to navigate and use computer systems effectively
Ability to show empathy and compassion
Can work well independently as well as in a team
Confident and resilient
Experience within contact centres or finance is highly desirable
