The Opportunity:
As the Service Support Manager, the objective is to oversee the daily operations of the Service Department by managing the team effectively and ensuring safety, efficient work-in-progress (WIP) management, quote accuracy, productivity, high work quality, and vehicle recovery, all while upholding a high standard of customer service.
Your responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining connections across various business divisions related to the service sector. You will be tasked with identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for efficiency and improvement, as well as developing reports that provide comprehensive data on enhancements and time-saving initiatives for the business.
