As General Manager you will be responsible for:
- Guest & Owner Relations: Address guest and owner complaints promptly, ensure equitable revenue distribution, build strong relationships, and seek opportunities for business growth and retention.
- Compliance & Licensing: Complete real estate licensing requirements, maintain compliance with real estate and liquor licensing laws, and ensure adherence to fire safety regulations.
- Body Corporate Management: Oversee the condition of buildings and common areas, report concerns, fulfill Caretaking agreement duties, and attend Body Corporate meetings.
- Operational Oversight: Maintain departmental presentation, manage plant and machinery, supervise contractors, handle purchasing and supplier negotiations, ensure security, adhere to safety practices, and support marketing efforts.
- Financial Performance: Achieve budgeted gross operating profit, assist in budgeting and forecasting, complete accounting procedures accurately, manage team entitlements, and ensure payroll and expenses are within budget.
- Team Management and Leadership: Lead the Pullman Magenta Shores Resort team, foster a positive workplace culture, support Department Heads, ensure training and performance appraisals are ongoing, and manage talent development and succession planning.
