The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller and with 3 Accounts Receivable Team Members, we are currently seeking a Full-Time Team Leader- Accounts Receivable, to join our Finance Team. The purpose of this role is to manage, support and ensure the integrity of the Accounts Receivable processes and systems.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensure accuracy of Beacon Lighting Groups debtors ledgers
Provide guidance and support to team members
Daily banking and cash receipting
Allocation and reconciliation of payments received against customer accounts
Processing of miscellaneous invoices, credit notes and journals
Complete daily sales integrations
Regular follow up and collection of all
