Manual Calculations of Terminations
Statutory External reporting to various third party institutions
Be payroll SME, in collaboration with the Group HR Manager, on their critical Time & Attendance implementation project
Be accessible & attentive to resolving employee & Internal Stakeholder queries
Create visible & robust intra-functional relationships with stakeholders
Process Optimisation & Process Documentation
Workers Compensation
Payroll Tax, PAYG & Superannuation preparation & reconciliations
