About the Role
This fulltime role at Horizons West is not just a typical HSEQ Advisor position. This newly created hands-on opportunity to partner with the business will be a key part of our team, providing HSEQ assistance and advice, collaborating with team members to mitigate health, safety, environment, and quality risks, and driving continuous improvement in HSEQ performance.
Key Responsibilities
HSEQ Management - Support, Advise, Assist, and Promote the delivery of HSEQ management systems.
Assurance and Compliance - Ensure that all regulatory expectations are adhered to and that the company policies and procedures comply with requirements.
Incidents, Investigations, and other reportingPartner with the business in incident reporting and investigations and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions. Investigate as required and identify the root cause with timely closure of corrective actions using innovative solutions.
