We are looking for a dedicated Service Supervisor to oversee the warranty, commissioning, and technical support of our HVAC products. This role involves directing, coaching, and mentoring apprentices/service technicians, ensuring their career development and skill acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform warranty services on Temperzone and Hitachi products promptly.
- Manage incoming warranty requests via the online system.
- Diagnose and repair products.
- Direct workflow for all requests, ensuring safe and tidy job completion.
- Complete and file reports.
- Assist installers with the commissioning of Temperzone and Hitachi products.
- Lead and mentor technicians and apprentices in the QLD service division, ensuring knowledge transfer.
