This is an additional role to Volvo Cars Brighton due to increased business at our new location in Brighton.

In support of this we are now seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the team.
The Role
Processing Warranty repair orders & invoices from end to end
Provide warranty support to all service Personnel
Qualifying complex customer issues for Technicians/Mechanics to review
Ensuring all Volvo Group warranty process and guidelines are adhered too
Qualifying and authorising warranty support for customer experience
Develop and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships
Develop and maintain strong manufacturer relationships
