To provide high quality administrative support to the Immunisation Team.
What you?ll be doing:
Provide assistance to clients in the completion of immunisation enquiries, bookings, or processing of immunisation histories, using Interpreter services as required.
Ensure that information provided to clients is current, accurate and provided in a professional timely and helpful manner.
Enter data and maintain accurate records of immunisation details using VaxApp and AIR.
Provide immunisation histories, on request, by searching immunisation databases and records as required.
