Are you organised, friendly, and eager to kickstart your career in a dynamic office environment? We're looking for a dedicated Receptionist/Office Junior to commence as soon as possible. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, loves interacting with people and eager to grow / take advantage of learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls and responding to emails
Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and other administrative tasks as needed
Respond to general inquiries from employees, clients, and the public regarding company services, directions, or other relevant information.
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, email, etc.)
Keen learner available for full time permanent work
Positive attitude and a team player mentality
