• Contribute to the negotiation process of industrial cleaning contracts between Victoria Facility Solutions and its clients, providing perspectives and recommendations to guarantee equitable and beneficial terms.
• Develop, evaluate and negotiate modifications to existing industrial cleaning contracts between Victoria Facility Solutions and its clients, seeking to maintain the satisfaction and integrity of the business relationship.
• Manage documentation associated with industrial cleaning contracts, ensuring its accuracy and accessibility for all parties involved.
• Clearly interpret and explain contractual requirements and terms to interested parties, facilitating understanding and compliance with legal and commercial obligations.
• Stay up to date on legislative and regulatory changes relevant to the industrial cleaning business, collaborating with the legal department to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Periodically renew and update existing industrial cleaning contracts to adapt to changing client and market needs, preserving the viability and integrity of the contractual relationship.
• Respond in a timely manner to queries and resolve problems related to industrial cleaning contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient resolution of any issues.
• Establish and cultivate strong relationships between Victoria Facility Solutions and its clients, identifying opportunities for collaboration and mitigating potential risks to maximise the value of contracts.
