About the Role
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be working for Ventia, providing support to the Airtrain Division at the Brisbane Airport. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to selling of train and attraction tickets, monitoring the platforms, providing information and assistance to travellers.
You will be employed on a Permanent Part-Time roster for approximately 30 hrs per week, across a combination of morning and afternoon shifts including weekends/ public holidays and overtime.
