Rotating roster which will include weekend work and starts from 5am or finishing as late as 11pm.
Description of position: Cuts and trims and prepares raw meat for sale using saws, knifes, grinder, and tenderizer. Daily tasks and responsibilities :
Inspects and reassembles equipment sanitized previous night. Reworks display case to assess daily production needs and rotates product.
Brings cases of meat, up to 40kgs, from cooler and empties contents onto meat cutting or other preparation area.
Cuts and trims meat to Costco specification using band saw and knives. Operates tenderizing machine. Follows safety and security procedures.
