We are working with one of Australia's largest superannuation funds who are currently on the hunt of for a CRM Platform Manager .
As the CRM Platform Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of customer decisioning solutions and enhancements. Ensuring the ongoing value delivery and evolution of the B2C and B2B CRM platforms (eCRM & SRM) as part of the broader customer and stakeholder experience management platform & data ecosystems
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with functional & technology teams to define, design, document and deliver enhancements to the CRM platforms
Define and manage optimisations and fixes to the eCRM & SRM platforms.
Analyse, define and refine associated user stories, creating and managing the
JIRA and Confluence assets for these activities
Manage and prioritise the backlog of enhancements & optimisations for the CRM
Organise and manage Agile
