The Shift Supervisor required is for the PM Shifts (1:00pm-10:00pm) and are responsible for ensuring that all team members are working in a safe and productive manner and that the factory is well stocked and running efficiently.

Key Duties of the Supervisor are:
• Afternoon Shift working from 1:00pm to 10:00pm Monday to Thursday and then 1:00pm to 7:00pm on Fridays;
• Manage DIFOT Performance
• Lead and manage team performance
• Develop and lead a culture where continuous improvement is built into how we work
• Support a preventative maintenance program and supervise maintenance and repairs
• Implement LEAN processes throughout all aspects of the operation
• Develop and lead an inclusive, high performance culture built around collaboration
• Manage costs, throughput and scrap
• Developing and fostering a safety first culture
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings
• Maintain clean and highly organised workspaces
• Develop and coach Team leaders and team members
• Recruitment and workforce planning
• Develop and manage standard work schedules for Team Leaders
• Ensuring jobs are issued and manufactured in order specified by delivery schedule
• Produce BOM files and stacking orders when required
• Perform regular quality checks throughout the shift
• Ensure job paperwork is filled in and completed correctly
• Supervise the loading function
• Complete shift report regarding important issues e.g. urgent deliveries, jobs to be completed, jobs in progress
• Set the next shift up for success
As a Supervisor you would possess:
• Min 2 years' experience managing a team in a production environment.
• Time management skills
• Communication skills
• People management skills
• Experience in safety and compliance
