Role: Trades Assistant - Fabricator
Classification: Manufacturing and Associated Industries Award [MA000010], Level C14 V1
Rate: 40,000-60,000AUD/year
Ongoing full time position. (6 months or more)
Open Vacancy: 10
Work Schedule: Minimum 38hrs/week. Monday to Friday. Potential overtime available
Approx Start date - Mid- Late October 2024
Location: Dubbo NSW
Responsibilities:
-Joins metal sections using various welding techniques, bolting, and riveting with supervision
- Assist to fit and assemble fabricated metal parts into products, set up machining tools, and operate machining tools and machines to shape metal stock and castings with supervision
-Adhere to WHS guidelines
-Sound problem solving skills
-Good communication skills
- Potential to upskill through training pathways
