Part-time Reception Role

Your new company
You will be working for a thriving Construction company with major projects across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Your new role
You will be based at the front desk managing all reception duties and providing general admin support to the wider team. Daily duties will include:

Responding to phone and email queries
Scheduling meetings and ensuring rooms are set
Liaising with building management and cleaners for facilities issues
Maintaining registers
Issuing access cards for new staff
Ordering catering
Maintaining office supplies and presentation

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience as a Receptionist or Administrator in a corporate environment. You will be able to commence at short notice, commit to the duration of the assignment and be seeking 4hrs work per day.
