Reporting to the Leader of Field Service, ANZ, this crucial role ensures all Miele domestic consumer service needs are exceeded. By managing a team of Miele Domestic Field Technicians and a State Service Partner network, the State Service Manager provides industry leading service support for all Miele products, services and processes, in order to support Mieles vision of becoming the brand of choice.
