Situated in the heart of the CBD, our client is hungry for growth which is being shown over the years! They are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer providing the successful candidate with an opportunity to grow, develop and work within an experienced, down-to-earth team.
You will be exposed to tasks such as:
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- EFT and credit card payment runs
- Credit card reconciliations
- Provide weekly payment/cashflow reports
- Adhering to invoice approval procedures
- Ensuring all invoices are coded to the correct GL account
- Ensuring GST is accurately recorded
- Database management
- Process improvement
About You:
- Accounting or Finance related degree
- Eager to learn!
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and able to operate in a fact paced environment
