Digital Communications Advisor
In this role, you will develop and implement a digital communications strategy aligned with the City of Salisbury Communications Framework. You will lead a small team to manage digital channels, oversee social media strategy, and handle website and intranet management, including content creation, vendor coordination, and budget oversight. You will advise and train staff, track digital performance, whilst reporting to the Manager, Community Experience. Additionally, you will manage digital platforms, research emerging trends, and collaborate with the Communications and Marketing team on campaigns. Ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and supporting the broader team in enhancing the customer experience across digital channels are also key responsibilities.
