The role:
Elevate our market presence and drive revenue growth by leading innovative sales strategies, fostering dynamic team collaboration, and conducting strategic market analysis. Direct distinctive product positioning, meticulously plan campaigns, and master client-centric relationships for unmatched customer satisfaction and brand success.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Revenue Acceleration: Formulate and execute innovative sales strategies, leveraging market insights to drive exponential revenue growth and surpass set targets.
Dynamic Team Leadership: Inspire and guide sales and marketing teams through visionary leadership, cultivating a collaborative and high-impact environment that maximizes individual and collective performance.
Strategic Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market analysis and research to pinpoint emerging opportunities, identify industry trends, and define strategic pathways for targeted business expansion.
Distinctive Product Positioning: Direct the strategic alignment of product positioning and branding initiatives, ensuring a compelling resonance with market dynamics and customer demands, ultimately enhancing market competitiveness.
Precision Campaign Orchestration: Devise and implement meticulously planned marketing campaigns, strategically designed to elevate brand visibility, foster engagement, and yield high-quality lead generation.
Client-Centric Relationship Mastery: Forge enduring relationships with key clients by deeply understanding their unique needs, delivering personalized solutions, and consistently exceeding expectations to ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

University degree from a reputable university.
Experience in the finance industry, particularly in sales management roles.
Proven track record in sales strategy development and goal setting.
Commitment to a long-term challenge with high energy, passion, and resilience to achieve ambitious targets.
Highly organized with effective time management skills.
Deep passion for people and a willingness to progress.
5 years + of experience in a sales management role.
Fluent in English and French
