To be Succesful you should have 2-3 Years experience in biscuit manufacturing environment - especially a person who has worked on Rotary biscuit , wire cut cookie , rotary biscuits, Die and cut cracker biscuits and in line biscuit packaging equipment such as Horizontal and vertical form especially Cavanna and Shubert.
Reads and understands, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic prints and symbols
Perform mechanical and/or electrical maintenance work on equipment and machinery as assigned
Troubleshoot electrical and control problems
Perform predictive maintenance, duties that detect early signs of failure or mis-adjustment, complete projects such as mechanical and electrical hardware upgrades
The following are key skills, knowledge, and abilities which maintenance technicians are required to have to be effective on the position:
Knowledge of mechanical maintenance process
Critical thinking ability to troubleshoot and detect malfunctioning
Possess the discipline to execute tasks without procrastination
Good time management to work at a good pace, executing word orders and demands
Ability to handle basic tools
Knowledge of safety precaution
Good human relations to relate cordially with team members and workers

Ensure that the entire maintenance area of responsibility proactively supports all plant goals including safety measures
Ensure all equipment and tools for which responsible are maintained in the proper operating condition to meet established plant needs, established safety, sanitation, and , standards
Facilitate and verify appropriate training for all employees on the shift (including but not limited to cGMPs, job skills, safety)
Ensure assigned projects and deliverables
Drive performance with employees by providing a positive and equitable work environment emphasizing respect, responsiveness, and results, , utilizing the talent management process
Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production machinery, equipment, and specialty tool
