Industrial company in the biscuit and cake manufacturing sector is looking for an experience fitter to work in its production facility.
Fitter needs to be able to work on mechanical problem solving issues with specific experience to internal recognized business experience at industrial level.
The equipment in the skill set should be with respect to rotary extrusion, wire cut dry extrusion and wet loaf continuous run exposure.
Duties Include:
Keeping records of operations, safety and maintenance procedures.
Cutting, grinding and shaping metal and other materials.
Interpreting diagrams, drawings, specifications and plans to determine suitable material and sequence of operations.
Operating specialized tools and machinery.
Assembling fabricated parts to produce tools and machines.
Following safety protocols.
Diagnosing and repairing faults with tools and machinery, and performing regular maintenance.
Setting up tools and machinery for fabrication process, including guides, stops and other controls.
Maintain service on, motors. pumps, pneumatic pumps, vacuum pumps
Change belts
Perform engineering measurements
Apply quality system
Successful Candidate should have relevant skill and qualification
