About the team
The Information Support Business Embedded position is part of the ICT strategy and portfolio business unit within the Chief Technology Office branch. The ICT strategy and portfolio business unit is responsible for driving innovation by using modern data and information management practices and ensuring all City information and data are well governed.
About your new role
The key responsibilities of Information Support will include assisting the team in its day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations, conducting operational tracking and quality assurance for actions related to incoming information.
Additionally, you will support City business areas with general operational records management activities, including file creation, archiving, access, and disposal, and assist these areas in the use of systems of record.
