Job Description
The successful Financial Accountant will:
Take full responsibility for the Trial balance and oversight of the accounts receivable and accounts payable function, including bank and all outbound payments (eg. Suppliers, Payroll)
Take full management of the accounting month end close process, including intercompany transactions, with support from the assistant accountant.
Be the primary contact for audit, tax (FBT, BAS) and all statutory reporting requirements
Together with the Finance Director support the Marketing Brand teams on pricing structure, make recommendations on proposed pricing and special pricing, and ensure systems and processes are in place to ensure consistency in pricing
Manage our A&P expense management processes with Sales team to ensure tight tracking of proposed spend so that effective business decisions can be made to support business growth
