Our Group Charter team based in Brisbane are extremely busy managing a high number of bookings and require an administrator to help assist them on a temporary basis
Duties of this assignment will include but are not limited too:
- Data entry into our IBOS system (CRM)
- Adding and managing live requests into organised spreadsheets
- Report and maintain information about flight updates and issues
- Complete flight documents for confirmed charters
- Assisting with any other ad-hoc administration
