We are looking for an experienced full-time Showroom Lead to join our team at ABI Interiors in our Melbourne Studio located in Hawthorn. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and the Showroom Manager AU/NZ, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales experience and assisting the growth of our sales and service strategy.
What you will be doing:
Overseeing and assisting in driving sales for our VIC Operation.
Assisting clients with initial design consultations, preparing presentations, driving sales while upholding our design principles, and guiding clients through their selection process.
Monitor and maintain client relationships, database, and potential leads or opportunities with the key focus on building longstanding relationships with our B2B, B2S, and B2C clients.
Ensure all customers are provided expert advice and unparalleled service via phone, email, and in person.
