About the Opportunity: As the Financial Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of the business. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insightful analysis to support decision-making.
Reconcile accounts and manage the general ledger, maintaining the integrity of financial records.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Support the year-end audit process, liaising with external auditors to ensure a smooth and timely completion.
Provide financial advice and guidance to non-financial managers, helping them understand the financial impact of their decisions.
Ideal Profile:
CA/CPA qualified or working towards, with 3 years industry experience
You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, along with an adaptive and flexible attitude.
Have a customer focused mindset, with a passion for building and fostering relationships.
Strong technical accounting skills and a thorough understanding of financial reporting standards.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
