Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with teams to develop, review, and interpret and integrate relevant changes into, systems, policies, procedures, guidelines and practice leadership.
- Showcasing data-driven decision-making and technological solutions to add value and enhance services over time.
- Implementing initiatives and improvements as a result of identified risks, staff and customer feedback and best practice, exploring creative approaches to drive service excellence and improve customer outcomes.
- Identifying and acting on opportunities to increase revenue and improve financial performance.
- Prepare and present reports to the Executive Team, senior leadership and relevant committees.

Who we are looking for
As Service Design Manager we are looking for someone who has experience in the provision of Mental Health and/or AOD services (ideally Youth Mental Health), as well as the proven ability to cultivate collaborative partnerships, engage teams, drive change, influence outcomes, problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
To succeed in this role, you will:
