About the role McConnell Dowell are seeking an experienced Completions and Assurance Manager to join our team based in Melbourne. This role will play an integral part in strategically leading the functional responsibilities of project completion including quality, completions, and commissioning requirements, to ensure successful and effective project delivery. The successful candidate will have previous operational experience in the application of quality management principles in the construction industry.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure the management systems and processes within the Australian Business Unit including Quality, Completions, Commissioning, Document Control, and Internal Auditing are effective and fit for purpose.
Ensure projects set up effectively implements the appropriate systems consistently across all projects.
Continuous improvement of the systems that support Quality, Completions, Document control and Commissioning.
